Capricorn Sun, Pisces Moon

In the case of the Capricorn Sun/Pisces Moon blend, inspiration that leads to perspiration and the establishing of concrete structures is the first concept that comes to mind.

Here, we have one whose ambition and life’s work to build something that stands the test of time reflected through a personality that needs to dream and be inspired. In examining this combination, some developmental lessons to consider are: in order for “creative visualization” to be truly CREATIVE, there must eventually be something to show for it. Also, there will no doubt be times where you must keep your nose to the grindstone and climb your mountain alone, without feeling any particular brand of inspiration. The sooner you realize that life’s reality is sometimes painstaking and mundane, the better. You’re not going to be able to thrive exclusively on “good feelings” or a perpetual high.

As an extension of the same lesson, it’s important to realize that just because you’re not doing anything in particular or able to label yourself incessantly busy doesn’t mean that nothing is happening or getting accomplished. The invisible forces that permeate your life must be given space to breathe and work. For you, solitude is a necessity from both the vantage points of strategizing and an intermittent “zoning out”. However, reasonable limits must be applied for maximum effectiveness.

Because hard work fuels the engine you’re equipped with, it will always be in the picture, as will themes of patience and delayed gratification. To gracefully accept this without feeling like you’re giving up on your dreams and to also, resist wallowing in self-pity or woeful tales of sacrifice can prove to be a colossal step in your maturation process.
